How long does setup take?
Installing takes about ten minutes on a Linux server you control, and we walk you through it on a call. Connecting your identity provider and your main systems usually takes an afternoon.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It stays where it always was: on your server. We never hold a copy. When your licence ends, Proofroom becomes read-only after 14 days. Nothing is deleted, and you can still sign in and export everything: a spreadsheet of every record and the evidence files, readable without Proofroom.
